Payment Policy
Payment Policy — Columbus Cultural Orchestra
Tuition for Columbus Cultural Orchestra is $150 per semester or $450 a whole season, and covers all rehearsals and concerts for the season. We offer a few flexible ways to pay:
Option 1: One-Time Full Season Payment — $450
Pay for the full season in one payment via:
Website donation/payment portal
Cash
Check
Option 2: Per-Semester Payment — $150/semester
Pay $150 at the start of each semester as your student continues in the program.
Payment Due before each concert.
Option 3: Set Up Autopay via PayPal
For added convenience, families can set up automatic recurring payments through PayPal:
Open PayPal and go to Settings
Select Payments
Choose Automatic Payments
Select Columbus Cultural Orchestra as the merchant
Follow the prompts to complete setup, including selecting your payment method
⚠️ Important: Columbus Cultural Orchestra does not hold rehearsals or charge tuition during July and August. If you set up PayPal autopay, you are responsible for pausing/turning off automatic payments for these two months using the same steps above (Settings → Payments → Automatic Payments), then resuming when the season starts back up.
